Responsibilities
Direct the company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company. Support and facilitate development and implementation of consumer business/marketing plans.
- Participate in the development of new marketing project proposals.
- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events and business meetings to promote the company.
- Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
- Oversee the firm’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of paid search, SEO, banner ads, blogs and other web-centric marketing efforts.
Skills
- Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and successful public relations efforts in the computer industry.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communications, strong negotiating skills while being highly customer-focused.
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum of 5 years work experience.
- Must be technically savvy and process a high degree of computer-related product knowledge.
- Design and graphics background helpful.
